QLD: One Nation MP quits, maybe more to follow

BRISBANE, Feb 5 AAP - At least one Queensland One Nation MP has quit the parliamentary
party to sit as an independent, and others are threatening to do the same because of concerns
about the party's leadership structure.

The member for Thuringowa in north Queensland, Ken Turner, said he could no longer remain
a party member because he did not believe One Nation would be made more democratic.

An unconfirmed report said Dr John Kingston, the member for Maryborough, also wanted to
