VIC: Police fear for safety of missing Macedon woman

MELBOURNE, Aug 2 AAP - Fears for the safety of a missing 41-year-old woman who has been
missing since Saturday in the Mount Macedon area were growing tonight.

The woman, Linda Booker, of English Street, Macedon in Melbourne's north-west, left home in
her car about 3.45pm last Saturday.

Police said her car was found near the Macedon National Park about four hours later, but a
search failed to locate Mrs Booker.

She has a medical condition that may cause her to appear confused and disorientated, police
said.

When last seen, she was wearing a long blue coat and dark tracksuit pants.

She is about 180cm tall, with slim build and short black hair.

Anyone who may have seen Mrs Booker should call Gisborne police.
